It hasnt gotten a lot of press to date but trust me, it will. A decision today in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Halbig poses one of the greatest challenges to the Obamacare since its inception. So why did Hobby Lobby and Wheaton garner more attention? Two reasons: Both of those cases made it to the Supreme Court (chances are, Halbig will, too); and Those cases were tied to birth control and religion, both historically hot and highly personal topics. Halbig isnt nearly as sensational on its face because the focus is on taxes. And not just taxes, but the individual health care credits.
